Spanning more than twenty different sectors, Crossroads’ clients have included multinational joint ventures, corporations, institutes, governments and non-profit associations across Canada, the U.S.A., and the Caribbean. The company draws upon a wide range of associates from the business and academic communities, as projects require. Most programs are custom designed.  

Crossroads’ founder and principal consultant, Larry Colero, is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). He is licensed to teach Management Systems at the post-secondary level, and has an MBA in the Management of Technology. Larry’s work is published online and in journals such as Stephen Covey's Executive Excellence and the World Business Academy's Perspectives on Business and Global Change.
